Sorry I don't use Zapier so can't speak to that.
Hopefully someone comes back with a response for you soon.

Re: Retrieving All of the Jobs
Hi,
Page size will max out at 250, you also need pagination. From your header you can find number of pages. (run through Postman 1st).
Make it smaller by only selecting the columns you need. https://developer.simprogroup.com/apido ... Pagination

Re: Connecting to simPRO data from Excel
Hello op2352, Using excel can be a bit of a pain to be fair. Not knowing where in excel is going to make it even harder. You need to activate the developer tab and enter your code via VBA (visual basic for applications). It is not however as simple as adding the request as seen in the examples. Belo...

Re: SQL queries of the existing schedule breakdown report
So I tried this in BI Reporting and can replicate the Schedule Breakdown report but not how I thought I would. We use multi company and in SimPRO can do each Company separately. I cannot do them separately in BI Reporting. For BI Reporting I used SimPRO Schedule table and filtered Date on last month...

Re: SQL queries of the existing schedule breakdown report
You don't want to look at Live (now) data?
BI Reporting is based of a replicated database so you won't see today data.
My BI Reporting data is generally >24hrs old, I'm guessing this will depend on location

Re: vb.net using apikey examples
Hi, this is pretty rough but hope it helps. API key (Bearer grabbed from textbox) this takes PDF attachments from emails (MS outlook) and saves them as attachments to the job Sub Mail() Dim olApp As Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.Application Dim ns As [NameSpace] Dim Inbox As MAPIFolder Dim Item A...

Re: Database connection for Reporting software
Hi, You won't want the whole SimPRO database just to feed a few KPIs in your dashboard. Suggest you look at what you want to display and then gather that data via API. Depending on your Database you maybe able to use it's functionality to make API requests or you may want to create a small custom ap...

Invoiced Value
When I query 6 months jobs and capture Invoiced value I find I get a line for the Variation job as well. This is ok BUT the original job Invoiced value includes the value of the Variation. When the following is used /api/v1.0/companies/{companyID}/jobs/{jobID}/invoices/ then /api/v1.0/companies/{com...
