Whenever I add a CSV file to a site or job, I cannot open it through the API for quite some time. I can open it through the browser, but I need to run some automation on it and I just get the error Could not open file for attachment. But if I try later on or the next day, it does open. I haven't not...

Is there anyway to either get or update the employee password through the API?

Sometimes our API login goes into a job and stays in it for a long time preventing anyone else opening it.

There doesn't seem to be any reason as nothing get's stored in the logs.

I've searched through the API docs and cannot find any reference to the geo-stamping on the job cards from the technicians.

The geo-data is held on the SimPRO Job Card.
