Scheduled hours vs actual hours worked for jobs and technicians
Hi, I'm trying to compare scheduled hours vs actual hours worked for past jobs and also for technicians, and also note any discrepancies. I noticed that the /schedules and /timesheets endpoints seem to return the same values in terms of hours booked when looking at the previous week, and also seems ...

Quote endpoint, filtering by Technician
Hi, When attempting to search the quotes endpoint and filtering by Technician.ID, e.g /quotes/?Technician.ID=ID , the API seems to return quotes with the Technician field being null, as well as some other non-matching technicians (where Technician.ID returned in the quote does not match ID specified...

As the LinkedVariations column still doesn't allow for search requests, I essentially have to go through all our jobs (which takes a while) to build a mapping between the jobs which have a isVariation value of true and finding the corre...

Re: Items on Back Order for a job
Hi all,
Is there any update on this? The current workaround that I've figured out is querying all the cost centres, then every PO for each cost centre and checking stock.

Re: Vendor not being filtered by company
Also experiencing issues checking the stock levels of certain items. The '/storageDevices' endpoint seems to not return some items with zero inventory even though the catalog ID exists, the item has history (PO, received, assigned to a job. Other items are picked up. Item does not show up through th...

Vendor not being filtered by company
Hi,
Just wondering if the endpoint is supposed to be filtered by the preceding company id? We don't have a shared catalogue yet the endpoint is picking up vendors from a different company.
Clicking on said vendor through simpro itself directs me to the other company.
Just wondering if the
Code: Select all
/companies/companyid/vendorsClicking on said vendor through simpro itself directs me to the other company.
