Good afternoon. There have been several new additions to the schema recently to accommodate new Lightning features - such as Skills and Licences for employees and contractors.
Do you have any timeframe for when these changes will be reflected in the API?

Re: Slow Endpoint: jobWorkOrders
Good morning!
Thanks for coming back to me. I've tried in another environment and get the same issue:
15.19s response time on 250 records
2.5s response time on 30 records

Re: Tasks API Request
Good morning,
I have the same issue. We can see the Created At date in Simpro for a task:
But this is not present in the API - passing in CreatedAt fails. Its a critical field for task management!

Slow Endpoint: jobWorkOrders
Hi team, The List all job work orders endpoint is running really slow. On the UK enterprise sandbox, I ran: {{baseUrl}}/api/v1.0/companies/:companyID/jobWorkOrders/?pageSize=250&page=1&columns=ID,DateModified I'm consistently getting response times of 9-10 seconds - even with just those two ...

Re: Find SiteID from Site Name
Have you tried adding the wildcard by including the percent operator (%25)?
GET /api/v1.0/companies/?Name=Comp%25
GET /api/v1.0/companies/?Name=Comp%25

Enable site rates via API?
In the Simpro UI, under Rates > General, there is a toggle to enable Site Specific Rates. I've tried adding rates to my site via the API, using this in the body: { "Rates": { "ServiceFee": 527 } } However I get: "errors": [ { "path": null, "message":...

Found issue with API
Good afternoon, I've been testing using the enterprise-sandbox-uk build, and noticed something unusual on the /api/v1.0/companies/:companyID/customerAssets/ endpoint. When performing the List all customer assets with sites request against company ID 2, there is a successful response but with an empt...

Re: Support for Idempotency Key?
Hi! No this is for safely retrying requests without accidentally performing the same operation twice. When creating or updating an object, some APIs use an idempotency key. Then, if a connection error occurs, you can safely repeat the request without risk of creating a second object or performing th...
