Re: AI Scheduler Technician Requirements - Is There a REST API Endpoint?
Hi Khan, Some new endpoints related to the AI scheduler function has been released and can be found in our documentation. Most of the setup is under Sites such as restricted technicians, skills and licences. Found here https://developer.simprogroup.com/apidoc/?page=3faa64303d5f5bcd043bb88f6768e603#t...

Re: AI Scheduler Technician Requirements - Is There a REST API Endpoint?
Hi, Thanks for the detailed investigation. Your conclusion is correct: Technician Requirements are not currently exposed by the REST API, for reading or writing. The two catalog endpoints you found, setup/labor/skills and setup/labor/licences, are the correct ones, and the IDs they return are the sa...

Re: REST API capability questions — external workflow integration, pre-build validation
Hi — happy to close these out, no need to apologize for the questions, this is exactly the kind of diligence that saves a rebuild later. Catalogue item linkage at job creation This is vendor-configured, not automatic. A maintenance-planner-generated job only gets a resolvable duration on an asset-ba...

Re: REST API capability questions — external workflow integration, pre-build validation
Hi again — great follow-up questions, glad the first pass was useful. Here's what I can confirm on each. Follow-up 1 — Stage transition events - The stage-transition events available are: job.stage.pending, job.stage.progress, job.stage.complete, job.stage.invoiced, and job.stage.archived. There's a...

Re: REST API capability questions — external workflow integration, pre-build validation
Hi, thanks for the detailed write-up — this is exactly the kind of validation worth doing before you commit to an architecture. Answers below, grouped by your topics. Topic 1 — Webhooks - The webhook payload is not the full job object — it's event metadata plus a reference block with the relevant ID...

Re: Add Result headers to Access-Control-Expose-Headers
Hi, Thanks for following up, and apologies for the confusion caused by our earlier reply — after digging into this further, good news: this is actually already possible today, it's just not obvious from the docs. Type: "Deposit" is current and correct — it isn't tied to a legacy deposit me...

Re: REST API endpoint for deposit invoice creation and claim amount on jobs
Thanks for the detailed report, and for including the specific headers you need. You're right — the REST API doesn't currently send an Access-Control-Expose-Headers value for Result-Total, Result-Pages, or Result-Count, which is why browser-based fetch() calls can only see the CORS-safelisted header...
