Hi,
We've seen something strange coming through the API. A client has been editing some quotes inside simPRO, but the Date Issued keeps changing to the last modified date. Is this correct? Is it possible there's a bug that we're getting the wrong field in the API?
Thanks,
Johann

Cost Since Last Billed
Hi API Devs, In the Job WIP report ( as documented here: https://helpguide.simprogroup.com/Content/Service-and-Enterprise/Job-WIP-Report.htm ) there is a field called "Cost Since Last Billed". Would if be possible to get this field added to the Totals section for Jobs? We seem to have ever...

Re: Cost to Complete Financial report for closed jobs?
Thanks Muqeet, Me mentioning schedules and one-offs was just an example - I wasn't asking about just those 2 specicially. The point is, it's completely opaque as to how exactly totals are calculated - we don't even know which bits we're missing. On the jobs endpoint you get for instance: "Total...

Re: Cost to Complete Financial report for closed jobs?
Hi Muqeet, Well, can you maybe give us some guidance then to help us figure out exactly how to calculate the costs? We're not new to the simPRO API as you know, but have tried several times in the past to try and come up with the same costs values as what is listed in the jobs without success. We ha...

Cost to Complete Financial report for closed jobs?
I know by definition "Cost to complete" seems to infer only open jobs are not completed yet. :-) But there is a date parameter in the endpoint to see what the values were at a certain point in time. If I set the date parameter to a date when a specific project was still open, I would expec...

Re: Catalog Costs
Hi again,
We have a second client now after this information - is this slated for a release somewhere on the roadmap yet?
Thanks,
Johann

Re: Catalog Costs
Sorry to give this a bump, but I was hoping for some news on this? Is there a feature request ticket # for adding basePrice and markup in display=all?
Thanks,
Johann

Re: [API-817] /tasks endpoint returns 404 "Quote not found"
Hi Muqeet, We've tried to run this again after the latest patch and while "Quote not found" seems to be fixed we're still getting "Job not found" errors. The error: {"errors":[{"path":null,"message":"Job not found.","value":null}]...

Re: Catalog Costs
Hi Rick, Thanks for that explanation. That calculated fields can have a performance impact makes sense. We would still prefer it all in one go though, haha. :-) But I appreciate that you'll consider adding the non-calculated fields like basePrice and markUp. We'll keep that in mind if we find any ot...

Re: Catalog Costs
Thanks Muqeet, Why doesn't it include the BasePrice when I include the "Items" column in the job cost center request and we use "?display=all". Isn't that supposed to include all the sub-resources. That's what the documentation says: https://developer.simprogroup.com/apidoc/?page...
