Hi,

Can we add the ability to download Job PDF and Form Builder templates via the API please?

Our use-case is Landlord Gas Safety Certificates which need to be sent to a housing association. At the moment this is a manual process using the built-in email functionality, however it's very time-consuming given the amount of certificates that need to be emailed. We'd like to automate the process but need to be able to download the PDF so it can be attached to a mail message.

Can set triggers and use standard/form builder forms.

Hi, thanks for the idea. Notifications will definitely work for Job PDFs, but not for Form Builder templates. Is there anything else we can use?

Ideally we'd like to download these via the API to process with our own automation services.
