Making an API/Zap to work from Simpro to SiteDocs

Post by GTElectrical » Tue Mar 28, 2023 11:02 pm

I am reaching out to you to request your help in developing a customized solution for our health and safety needs. I work for a company called GT Electrical Solutions Ltd which provides electrical solutions for our customers. We are looking to connect our SimPro account with their software via Zapier or an API in order to automate the generation of sites and information entered in Simpro to populate into SiteDocs on the forms.

We have attempted to set up a zap with non-avail and we are very new to this automation.

The trigger we were hoping you could customize for us would be "When we make a new job in SimPro the information then travels over to SiteDocs and populates a location with all the health and safety needs for the job created."

The specific information pulled from this trigger that we require is "Job number," Customers name," Site address, and "Client name".

Essentially what we are after is automation where every time a job is set up, it is sent to SiteDocs and out populates into our health and safety forms.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you"
