Hi, can you please add contract as a field to recurring invoices? This must be possible as the UI involves selecting a contract instead of a customer.
Would make it much easier to work with instead of workarounds with custom fields

I know this is an old topic, but it looks like it hasn't been resolved yet.
Here is a screenshot showing how to select a contract for a recurring invoice. It's in the Customer dropdown, where you can choose either a customer or a contract.
In the API, there's no distinction between a recurring invoice with a customer and one with a contract. Is there a way to map a recurring invoice to a contract?
