eSign Accepted Online by Customer

Quick searching the forum didn't yield any results, nor does the API Docs mention anything explicit, so my apologies if this has been answered.

When a customer approves a quote with an online eSignature, the signed pdf link shows up in the quote logs.
Does anyone have a recommendation for how to retrieve this pdf file?
Ideally I can grab it via a script and file it away onto our google drive.

Setting a notification within Enterprise to attach to an email does not provide the signed copy, just the unsigned version.
Support does not seem concerned about this at all. This is annoying for customers as well that want to receive their signed copy as well.

If there's no good way to accomplish this with the API, Does anybody have a different method they use other than the simPRO/OnlyOffice eSign client?

Thanks
